Returns & Shipping

We want you to love everything you buy from She Creates Stories, but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

Here’s how returns work:

  • You can return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains or perfume, and have all original tags still attached.

  • Sale items cannot be returned as per the T's & Cs. Pop up purchases, and personal styling appointment purchases cannot be returned for credit, only for exchange. 

  • Please note we do not accept returns because you changed your mind. We are a small business not Amazon I'm afraid! 

Returning your items:

  1. Start your return in our online returns portal.

  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging. Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue store credit via a gift voucher—there’s no expiry date, so you can take your time finding your next love.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it’s our mistake).

Important:

  • We aren’t responsible for parcels lost in transit, so make sure your return is trackable.
