Melissa Fringe Top in Black. A top that behaves like a dress. The Melissa is a black georgette cami with a fitted waistband and a soft blouson body, finished with a fringe that falls all the way to maxi length. Wear it over a slip or with wide-leg denim and let the fringe do the work. Low scoop back.
