Returns & Shipping

Here's how our returns and exchanges work: 

• You can return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains or perfume, and have all original tags still attached.
• Once items have been checked by our Warehouse team we will process your credit note or exchange.
• Pop Up purchases, and personal styling appointment purchases cannot be returned for credit, only for exchange.
• Sale and clearance purchases can not be exchanged or returned.
• International duties & taxes: Orders shipped outside Singapore may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. She Creates Stories has no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot reimburse them.
• Please note we do not accept returns because you changed your mind. We are a small business not Amazon I'm afraid! 
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it’s our mistake). Return shipping is also at the customer's expense.

Returning your items:

1. Start your return in our online returns portal.

2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging. Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue store credit via a gift voucher.
