Shipping & Delivery
SINGAPORE AND HONG KONG ORDERS:
She Creates Stories ships all orders from its Singapore-based warehouse. Orders in Singapore will be sent with Easy Ship local couriers; and Hong Kong and international deliveries will be sent via Easy Ship tracked couriers.
Delivery in Hong Kong and Singapore is free with all orders over HKD$1500 and a flat rate international shipping rate of $200 HKD is applied for all other locations. If you are ordering from Hong Kong and your order is under $1500 there will be two options: tracked or non-tracked. Please pay for tracking if you are concerned about your package going missing: She Creates Stories does not accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. All orders over $1500 HKD will be sent with the tracked courier.
Local pickup is available from the Caribbean at Keppel in Singapore. Please contact us for more details at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship to the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, China, Macau, Ireland, Thailand, Italy, Japan, Spain, Portugal and the US. Please see the shipping options at checkout and choose the rate/timeframe you would like. We use a reputable international courier service and share a tracking number on dispatch. She Creates Stories always aims to pack orders quickly and dispatch them within 1- 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please use our estimated delivery times as a guide only. She Creates Stories does not guarantee delivery dates as these are subject to logistical and authorisation delays or customs issues. She Creates Stories is not responsible for any delayed packages due to couriers, especially during high volume seasons. Please note that She Creates Stories is also not liable for missing parcels due to any errors on the customer or courier's part. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, if you have paid for the tracked shipping option you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you don't receive the email, don't panic. Please check your junk mailbox as it can often be automatically redirected there due to mailbox settings. If you still cannot locate it, it is possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please check your email details and contact us with your order number to check the status of your order.
